Christian Storandt.
Partner. CEO
Over the past 20+ years, Christian’s passion for communication, marketing, and advertising has led him to launch several media properties and to work with some of the largest global brands providing innovative branded content for companies such as Microsoft, Billboard, P&G, Gen Mills, US Army, Coke, Amazon and many more both in the US and Latin America. He launched TSB Studios in 2009 and amongst his achievements, Christian’s positioned the studios as one of the premier content development studios in Texas, according to Curata, for 3 years in a row. Has produced and aired over 1,000 hrs. of TV and developed over 1,000 video content pieces at an international, national, regional, and local level for traditional and digital media. Under his leadership the studios have won several national, regional and local awards.
He has a Marketing degree from Universidad de Santiago and an MBA from University of Texas at San Antonio. Married to a Pediatrician, they have 3 kids, Alex, Ben, and Sophia.
Claudio Leiva.
Partner. Head of Audio Post
Claudio’s love affair with music and sound started by accident at his grandma’s backyard, where he used to play soccer. Often his underappreciated soccer abilities directed that soccer ball straight into a neighbor’s yard. One of these times, it didn’t end up at the usual grumpy old man’s backyard, but at an actual music studio instead. It was love at first sight! Years went by and destiny took him back to that studio, this time to record his rock band’s first single.
Claudio became a recording engineer in his native country, Chile. But music was happening in a place far from home; LA. He took a leap of faith and landed in the City of Angels in 1998 with a mission; record the very best. For some years he did it, working with Santana, Mana, Juan Gabriel, and many others. He was living the dream, but technology (and piracy) took the best of that industry, so he decided to start his second romance with sound; audio post. From commercials to TV shows to movies, he was fortunate to have the opportunity to have an incredible experience in LA and then in Texas, working for world brands such as Ford, Miller, Coors, Pepsi, Texas Lottery, Western Union, BMW, Burger King, Domino’s, HEB and many others.
In 2009, he started TSB Studios in Texas where he continues today. His promise to clients and to himself is to always give his very best, putting all the love and knowledge in any project that he works on.
Roberto Molina.
Head of Production
Roberto, “Robe”, is a seasoned producer with over a decade of experience at TSB Studios, where he had the pleasure of collaborating on numerous high-profile campaigns with major brands such as GMC, TurboTax, ESPN, HEB, and more, many of them, award-winning. Starting as an intern, he has worked his way up the ranks, and his deep knowledge of the industry has allowed him to produce top-quality work that exceeds studios and clients’ expectations. Under any circumstance and regardless the challenges, Robe always finds a way to get it done, on budget, on strategy and on time.
But his passions don’t stop at the office – He also has a love for technology, and it shows on his home automation, and cooking. Whether he is whipping up a new recipe in the kitchen or tweaking the latest smart home gadget, he is always on the lookout for ways to make life easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable. Join him on his journey as he continues to create, innovate, and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
Renata Ciossani.
Head of Post-Production
Renata is a Brazilian-born video production expert with a passion for storytelling. With 20 years of experience in the industry, Renata has built a successful career with a particular focus on creating compelling, memorable content.
Since moving to the United States 11 years ago, Renata has worked on several high-profile productions, including award-winning campaigns. Her ability to deliver high-quality work, on time while prioritizing client satisfaction has made her one of the most sought-after professionals in the industry.
When she’s not working on video production, Renata loves spending time outdoors with her family. Whether hiking, paddleboarding, or camping, she enjoys taking advantage of all the natural beauty the world has to offer. Her husband and child are her favorite companions, and she values the time she gets to spend with them.
With a talent for storytelling and a passion for creating engaging, memorable content, Renata is a true expert in the field of video production.
Bernardo Pegas.
Marketing Manager
Bernardo Pegas, “Bernie”, is a marketing manager at TSB Studios with a background in marketing and video production. He studied Mass Communication at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, where he played tennis with a scholarship. He joined TSB Studios in 2018 as a video editor getting to work on several award-winning media campaigns such as GMC Legends and RAM. His drive to learn and do more helped him land the marketing manager position at the studio at the beginning of 2023.
Today, Bernardo is responsible for social media marketing, digital marketing, marketing strategy, and sales. Bernardo’s expertise and resilience has helped TSB Studios grow its client base, and he is always looking for new ways to enhance the company’s marketing efforts.
Outside of work, Bernardo enjoys playing tennis, spending time with his wife and son, and traveling.

Director
With a strong background as both an editor and cinematographer on a range of films and commercials, Fidencio brings a unique and well-rounded skill set to every project he undertakes as a director.
Having worked with a diverse array of high-profile clients, Fidencio has a deep understanding of what it takes to create exceptional content that resonates with audiences across various mediums and cultures. His ability to seamlessly navigate the technical and creative aspects of the production process ensures that every project is delivered to the highest standards.
